Do you really use farm fresh goat milk?
YES, we do! We milk our goats daily for 9-10 months of the year. They are currently handmilked, but occasionally I'll use a machine to milk them. We milk 6-12 goats during the year.
Will my product look like the product in the photo?
No. We do our best to accurately photograph our products, so that colors and design details are as accurate as possible.
Due to the nature of our artisan creations, slight variations may occur... especially in soaps and sugar scrubs. We believe these unique touches add to the charm and beauty of handmade products.
Do you change the scents and designs you offer in soaps?
Yes, I love to mix things up! While I have my standard line of soaps year-round, I also introduce new ones regularly, including special seasonal releases and limited-edition soaps.
Here’s a general schedule for our seasonal soap releases:
- April: Spring Release
- June: Summer Release
- September: Fall Release
- November: Holiday Release

Is your soap good for sensitive skin?
All of my soaps are lovingly crafted from scratch using cold process soap making method. They are free from detergents, parabens, and phthalates, while still retaining naturally occurring glycerin to gently cleanse without stripping your skin of its natural oils.
My soap recipes are carefully crafted to include loads of fresh goat milk, as well as high-quality oils and/or butters, designed to leave your skin feeling cared for while rich, bubbly suds leave you feeling clean.
For those with sensitive skin, I offer two fragrance-free varieties - Simplicity (Naturally fragrance free soap) and Nourish (made with colloidal oatmeal and honey - no added fragrance).
If you experience any irritation, please discontinue use immediately.
As true soaps, I can’t make medical claims or suggest they treat any conditions. My soaps are true soaps and are only intended to cleanse.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I love working on custom orders... anything from baby showers and wedding showers, to work parties and personal orders.
If you are interested in a custom order, please send an email to customorder@amilliaacres.com.
Please note that custom soap orders usually require a lead time of 8-12 weeks (soap requires 4-5 weeks of curing). However other product custom orders require 2-4 weeks lead time.
Can you make me a custom soap for personal use?
Yes, we can! To create a custom soap, you’ll need to purchase a full loaf, which includes (10) 4.5 oz cut and unlabeled bars. Pricing will vary based on ingredients, difficulty of design, and seasonal factors.
Lead time is approximately 8-10 weeks (since soap needs 4-5 weeks to cure). Please email me at customorder@amilliaacres.com, and we can discuss your perfect soap!
Do you sell wholesale?
Absolutely! You can find our wholesale information under the 'Find Us' section in the website menu.
I see a local pickup option for shipping. Do you have a physical store location?
We do not currently have a physical store. We do offer a "local pickup" option for local customers. When you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an email with directions to schedule pickup at the farm.
If you would like to shop a physical store, please find our retail locations listed under the 'Find Us' menu.

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), including ShopPay.
Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $60! (Please note this discount does not apply to wholesale orders.)
We currently only ship across the continental U.S.
As a small business, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. While occasional delays may occur, our goal is to ship within 3 business days.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items after the package leaves my possession.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I’m unable to ship soap internationally. While I’m truly grateful for the interest and support from my international followers, the regulations surrounding the import of products in other countries are complex. Therefore, I am only shipping within the continental United States.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Because of the nature of soap, I’m unable to accept refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll do everything I can to make it right!
I’m happy to accept order cancellations BEFORE your items are shipped. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll be glad to assist.
Reward Policy
You’ll earn rewards with every purchase on our website. Simply create or log into your account to start claiming and redeeming points.
Please note, rewards codes expire 60 days after redeeming points. Wholesale orders are excluded from earning or redeeming points.
