Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Amillia Acres.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time 

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, however sometimes we are super busy and cannot ship as quickly as we would like.  Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and create a shipping label.  You will be notified via email when the tracking number for your order has been created. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class (2-8 days), USPS Priority (2-8 days), or USPS 3-day Priority.  We will occasionally use UPS Ground (1-3 days) for shipments if they offer a competitive cost. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment containing your tracking number.  Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be active and show shipment notifications.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Amillia Acres is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  At this time, Amillia Acres does not ship outside of the continental USA.

 

Damages

Amillia Acres is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  We only ship within the continental USA.
